This hotel has a great location in the vibrant Providencia area, surrounded by numerous restaurants and great shopping options. The hotel offers a good breakfast with a variety of options, including gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives. The pool and terrace area are a great oasis to relax, and free tea, coffee, and water provided in the reception are a nice touch.
The bar area/service can be underwhelming and not very welcoming, especially after 10 pm.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the Providencia area. The location was amazing, with great restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel offered a delicious gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast, which was perfect for my husband's dietary needs. We loved the pool and terrace area, it was like a little oasis where we could relax after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel also had a great policy where if you chose not to have your room serviced daily, you would receive a drinks voucher for the bar. The barman was entertaining and the drinks were generous. We also appreciated the hotel arranging a private taxi for us at a fixed and affordable rate to the airport. we had a fabulous stay at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was superb, situated in a beautiful area with easy access to shopping, restaurants, buses, and the subway. It was such a convenient and safe place to be. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcomed. The room itself was spacious and well-lit, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation. I also appreciated the wide range of amenities available, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel really prioritizes comfort and quality, and it definitely shows!
